The Birtish's Sunday Telegraph reported International Criminal Curt (ICC) prosecutor would launch an inquiry that the British PM and the US president could one day face charges at The Hague.

America has refused to accept the court's juridiction and is unlikely to hand over any of its citizen, while Britain has signed up & Govt indicated its willingness to tackle accusations of war crimes against a number of British soldiers.

Do you agree with the ICC? Is it fair?

Yes it is fair, Blair was a part of the Axis of evil, Bush may or may not get his but he sure should and Rumsfeld is already under indictment, they all conspired to take us to war with Iraq under the false pretense that Iraq had Weapons of mass destruction. What has ensued has been crimes against the Iraqi people and crimes against humanity and should be addressed by the world court.

prices of committing conflict crimes won't be able to be depending upon conventional opinion. i do no longer take care of both Bush or Blair or their conflict in Iraq. even if i do no longer believe they have dedicated any conflict crimes. Bush's genuine crime replaced into dismantling the structure below pretend pretenses - no longer a conflict crime yet against the law adverse to the yank public.

Absolutely!

Remember that memo that was sent to Blair that indirectly exposed Bush's intentions beforehand to invade IRAQ.

This was all premeditated.
Ill find the memo link and post it when I remember where it is.

But whats the harm in an inquiry?
Only those who are trying to hide something would fear an inquiry right?

A true and just person with a clear heart has nothing to hide!!!

Heres a few tidbits of info that Bush would want kept from the record.
Sudan offers bush administration Bin Laden if they want him

Rice denies then admits to intel past on regarding prevention recommendations against Bin Laden -- Attack emminent.
And says she informed her superiors

yet no action was taken

Interesting?
And yet we didnt go after Bin Laden - we went after IRAQ.

Someone shoudl be held accountable for these misteps

Fair? I guess so. They signed up for that court to decide what their country can and can't do, even with UN Resolutions, etc. I'm glad the US didn't sign up for it.
