First of all, you should probably include some of the basic information: the capital, population, etc.
Then you can choose a few major cities, maybe Madrid, Barcelona, Toledo, etc. and talk about some of the special things there. Maybe some museums or famous buildings like the Sagrada Familia
Lastly, pictures are always good. You can include a map of the country, pictures of the architecture, whatever you want.
Fold, and you have a brochure. :-)

Google the country of Spain. Google should give you an overview of the country.
