YES! If you didn't want it, why are you going to kill it? just give it back to the pet store. Tarantulas are pets and they might be a spider but they are pets just like a dog or a cat. you have to feed them. Tarantulas will not bite you but they can if they get scared. They are actually fun to have. All i'm saying is DON"T KILL IT!

probably not... because tarantulas are more of a spider than an actual animal... if you think about it... if they charged you for animal torture on a tarantula they would have to charge you for squishing a bug or like a daddy long leg in your house

YES U FREAK!!!!!!!!!! I hate spiders with all my heart and are scared of one even smaller than a millimeter, but I would never kill one purposely.If u bought it and dont like it or something like that, then u should maybe give it to somebody else or sell it or put it back in the pet store and get your money back.dont ever kill an animal just because you dont like it.

he obviously just wants an answer to this question; not your opinions. i wouldnt think that it's animal torture but you should find a way to safely let it go pain free (search it)

probably not torture but cruelty. Not that an arachnid would know the difference, no need to anthropomorphise them they are bugs. I love them , and if you do not want yours id take it. if i cant get it from where you are i bet i can find someone who would buy it and pay shipping or pic it up
