what are you're opinions on Orochimaru's death? i personally dont like it. if he was going to be killed off, at least make a fight out of it. an epic battle between him and sasuke or the sannins at least. i cant believe the character got ended just like that. what say u?

hey in the manga detailes are allways cut off. in a year when the t.v. series reaches this far there will probably be more detail in the fight between orochimaru and sasuke. What i really dont understand is who sasuke was talking to when he said lets get you out of here. It really does not make sence that sasuke can kill orochimaru. He isnt even near close to the sanin level. He does not know any advanced jutsu besides the chidori and his eyes arent even magenkyo but only sharingan. Then again it is like what kakashi said. The new generation is allways better than the old.

If you've read the most recent chapter, you know Orochimaru isn't actually dead, just detained. Chances are, he'll go beserk and take over Sasuke or something, but for now, Sasuke's in control of his own body. Orochimaru's probably gonna become a dark side of Sasuke or something, like the Kyubi (Nine-Tailed Fox) is for Naruto or Shikaku for Gaara. Speaking of Gaara and Shikaku, what's gonna happen to him now that Shikaku's been extracted? I mean, he doesn't have control of sand now, does he? That was like, his only jutsu. He's probably not gonna remain Kazekage for long. That or he'll eventually get Shikaku back.

i don't think orochimaru took over sasuke's body, because the jutsu didn't work on itachi because of the sharingan, but i don't think he's dead either! besides i doubt orochimaru would have released that guy from the tank, i bet orochimaru might take over kabuto instead as a last minute thing, maybe we'll find out more next week.

i think orochimaru isnt dead i think its a scam because orochimaru cant die that easily he is very strong or maybe he is dead because kishimoto is like what the heck just end this orochimaru its a waste of time. Well im just sayin that if he is really dead will naruto the anime end?? cause the plot is almost over until someone kills the akatsuki clan

I agree with the guy up top. For all we know Orochimaru might not be dead. Its a mystery i tell you... its all a scam just to take out Itachi! *cry* anyway so yeah. Even if Orochimaru is dead... its better off like that... i never liked him. LOL ^0^

Sasuke won the battle but I don't think Oroshimaru is dead just yet. He'll be back sooner or later.

it was to add suspense so you dont know whether it is Sasuke walking away, or Orochimaru
if they showed the battle you would know who is in control of Sasuke's body
