That "siren sound" is a beep code, it is a series of beeps that tell you why your computer is not working. There are 2 basic standards for beep codes, depending on your bios and motherboard. You probably will not know off the top of your head, but go to the site in the sources section and try those. if they do not work, select a different option in the menu to the top right, where it says "bios beep codes"

I definitely have a puter with a MSI motherboard and between the products of software that got here with it replaced into workstation ALERT. If my HDD or cpu hit an unreasonable temp then it makes a siren noise to enable me be conscious of. it also will alert on chassis intrusion. in case your puter nonetheless looks to run then use the pastime manager to verify what software is operating and then open this methodology and see what each of the fuss is about.

1.if is a long beep then a pause that means your video card.unplug video card and then push it good in slot.
2. if is a short beep with repetitions that means your DRAM.same operations as at 1'st point
3. if is beeps alternates (two beeps with different freqvency), that is not good, your computer BIOS have a problem.try to reset BIOS (first with jumpers and if not works put out battery) or rewrite your BIOS.
4 long beep without pause check out your CPU cooler

Siren sounds usually indicate a CPU fan that has failed.

There are several beep codes for different device failtures. You may check whether the Video Cable Connection is OK. If it doesn't work, check the RAM.

its gonna blow take a hammer to it first, i think something is broken :) well its probably the tower see if it is and then its probably a fan or motor, drive, possibley a modem-though its not common
