recently mouses starts appearing in my house its winter now in australia, i had them last year also in winter but by spring summer they just vanished, no signs of there **** in my house recently which is like 5 minutes ago i saw one invading my noodle, so i am now thinking where do they come from? would rat poisoning make them eat the bait? if so i might consider buying this weapon and spell doom to them.

They find small openings in the house to get in when the weather starts to get cold. They are just looking for shelter. Once they get inside they must find food and water. The best way to slow this process down is to look around the outside of your house and caulk shut any holes or cracks. This should slow the process down. If any get in after that I would recommend a mouse trap baited with peanut butter. In a mousetrap you can get the body and throw it away and also have a body count so you know how many you killed. Rat poison will work but the problem is the mouse will go somewhere (usually where you cannot find it) to die. They can start to smell as they decompose and you never know exactly how many you killed.
