Surprise, surprise, surprise!!!! That's what women love. If she likes sex like you then call her from work and have some sex talk over the phone. Tell her all the beautiful things you love about her and her body. Don't ever have a quickie!! Make sure she has been fulfilled sexually before you decide it's over, let her have some of the control. You know women love to control so why not in bed? Talk dirty to her. I'm really getting an education reading all of the answers here, especially ones dealing with peoples health. I'm constantly amazed at the scope of really bad, sometimes harmful advice given freely by people completely devoid of medical training.
Without the existence of contraindication; 20 mg's paroxetine p.o., q.d. works especially well in otherwise healthy men.

try going into a room about 1/2 hour before you think you 2 will have sex. In the room, masterbate. Getting you up the second time will take longer and you'll last longer.
there are even creams you can use for this problem. It numbs the nerve endings to make you last longer.

After you ejaculate, spend the next 20-30 minutes (or however long it takes) stimulating her until you're ready to go again. Then try again. You should last longer the second time around.
