I would give you a 70.
You need more stolen bases in your starters and you could use some better starting pitchers. You have some pretty good relievers and outfielders though. You can't expect too much out of Frank Thomas and have a second option in case he gets injured. Make sure u get a back-up catcher because catchers usually only play 5 games a week and you should get back-up players for almost every position. Freddy Sanchez is a helpful player to have cause he can play multiple positions. Overall it is a good team but you need to work a little bit on some areas.

Don't take it the wrong way, it's constructive criticism - But you do need a lot of help. That's why I am here :o)
1. Your pitching is scary thin. No way Rogers repeats 2006, and Liriano is out for the entire 2007 season. I would look for high upside sleepers, such as: Matt Garza, Boof Bonser, Daniel Cabrera, Ian Snell, Tom Gorzelanny, John Maine, Oliver Perez, Chuck James, and Rich Hill.
2. A player like Craig Monroe is a nice player in real life, but a terrible one in fantasy baseball - His notoriously low BA, OBP, and BB rate will kill your team. Alternatives: Gomes, Sosa, Kubel, Granderson, Victorino, just to name a few..
3. Trade Freddy Sanchez!! His value is as high as it will ever be, and there is ZERO chance he ever hits .344 again. He is completely 1-dimensional (batting average) and is, again, a great real life player and not so good fantasy wise. I would consider trading him in the right deal to improve either your team speed, or starting pitching.
Best of luck!

First order of business is DROP Francisco Liriano because he wont throw a ball till 2008 he had tommy John surgery and is done for a year
You may want another guy that will hit for avg because delgado, dunn, and thomas will kill it.
You could play Adam LaRoche at 1b and trade delagdo for someone with a better avg. but less homers. Adam LaRoche put up great numbers last year.
1-10 id give it and 8 and if you get more avg id say a 9

o listen drop liriano it says in the tools bar that he has been added a lot but hes not coming back this year and also trade D- wright for a even 3B and a even SS like for the 3B- chipper jones and for SS- lugo or something like that just to make ur team even and also get a fast SS because u need a fast to for stolen bases. and ur pitching is fine for the whole season. ur team right know is about 80 but if u take my advise of trading ur 3B for a even ss and an even 3B then u will be at a 99.99

First drop all hurt players ( Francisco Liriano ) they will only take up space, I'd find some good 1b and plug then into your utlility spots, there are alot of good cheap 1b, and look at some young guys like delmon young OF , and dave bush SP

80, You have a great starting batting lineup. But ur pitching needs some shapeing up. I would trade Dunn for a decent pitcher. Also You don't need 5 batting bench players because batters always play so you only need one bench batter. So get rid of 4 batters that are on ur bench and get 4 pitchers. AND DON'T FORGET TO TRADE DUNN!

It's nice- a 92. Your offense is amazing. Don't change it at all, unless someone asks you a trade that really benefits you. You need two more good starters- you need one for depth (Rogers and Smoltz are old), and YOU NEED TO DROP LIRIANO RIGHT AWAY- HE'S OUT FOR THE SEASON. Good luck.

ok first off wut the hell are you doing benching laroche for?? hes been projected to jack 35 and possibly 40! so START HIM! and freddy sanchez is horrible. he only helps in one category. and this year itll be like.310. smoltz is good but you can only hope for 175INN. but your pitching is horrific. dontrelle is not that great. id totally rather have bedard, haren, chris young, or CC. izzie is lie half dead. kenny rogers is dead. francisco isnt playing dum dum. and saito isnt gonna be good. he was only dominant last year cuz hittesr never seen him. he actually doesnt have a great pitch. he just mixes the pitches. so trade him for good value. love nathan though. overall your pitching is absolutely horrendous. hitting ivan rodriguez is horrific. once again he can only get AVG cuz hte tigers (even with sheff) dont really get on base and score. and not to mention ivan is OLD. love wright. orlando cabrera is underrated but not graet. pierre is ok. Vlad is a beast of course. and dunn will hit above .260 (age 27). even so start laroche and bench thomas. or even better trade thomas for a quality SP!! but goddamn this team is bad. and trade overbay is your not gona start him. 35/`00
