interior lights?

ok i have a 86 chevy truck, my gauge bulbs are not all working only two of them are,i have replaced the bulbs,and the part of the bulb it attaches to(don;t know the name), and checked the fuse, what can be the deal, also the bulbs are 194, and i am 100% positive there the right bulbs,what else could be the problem and how could it be fixed

There are possible breaks in the circuitry.You will need a multi meter to check the circuit for each bulb.It may be easier to replace the whole instrument panel.You can get one from a local junkyard.
