Salt Lake City, Utah. Crime is low and so are the gangs. If you go more into the surrounding cities of Salt Lake the crime rate drops and gangs are at a minimum. The cost of living here is pretty fair, but the wages are also in line. Real estate here is still pretty much still in a buyers market. About temperature though .... the last week we've been in, or close to the 70's, but this is unusual. Temps in the 70's don't usually come until mid May, but we still have 70 degree temps into mid October.

there is not any way for him to be released as a co-signor to this very own loan. the reason he replaced into asked to sign is that the lender did no longer have faith the economic credibility of the borrowes. The lender needed further ensures, and that's what he signed directly to do. he's certain the interior maximum loan, in the form that the unique consumers do no longer pay up. The lender won't permit him stroll faraway from that assure. He now has to stay with that with which he signed. tell him to no longer be so stupid sooner or later.

Can't swear as to population....but come on down to Mississippi. Weathers good. No gangs in my town. Can still leave your car unlocked, walk down the street at night etc. I live in Natchez. You will have to research populations to find a town the right size. Good luck!
