You can attempt to stream video on any internet connection. Whether or not the video will play in a way that is acceptable to you is an entirely different question.

If you try to stream video with a dial-up, you will be buffering forever and never get to enjoy what you are streaming. The same applies to internet radio...

Yes you can stream video with dial up but its slow, DSL faster ,Satillite- wireless even faster.

if you can find one that does dial up it will take hours to download and buffer then play back in bits and snatches it is very anoying dsl is faster it will take minutes to down load but wireless like comcast or satelite is faster you can download in seconds and plays like real time hope this helps Gorbalizer
