what do u have to say about the texas usc game?

because i am devastated i am a die hard longhorns fan and i live in souther california where everyone is a usc fan i am going to get so much crap from people at school tomorow

The Big 12 totally rocks even though everyone thinks its an easy conference. The longhorns were the better team, they just unfortunatly didnt play like it. I watched the Kansas game becasue im a die hard KU fan, but i monitered the Texas game also. If Durrant woulda got rollin, it woulda been a different game, but since he didnt, u just gotta take the loss and all the crap that comes with it. Trust me, i know about taking crap at school because your team loses. Im a KU Football fan, which is pretty hard to be since we all know they arent the greatest.

You didn't see it coming. To bad, I've been a fan for the other LA school since 61. But we saw USC playing in the beginning of the season and made the comment that they are good and have really improved since last year. We were right, Texas is out and they are going to give NC all they can handle too.

But Seriously, having ONE super-star player scoring alot of points does not mean your team will win the game.

Kevin Durant scored 30 points, and AJ Abrams had 20 points. They were the only two guys in double figures.

Good ball movement is very important and leads to better shots being taken and more freethrows.
When the ball swishes in the hoop it is a Team effort.

USC is not a very good team. But they play good team defense, and set the tone defensively.

Don't worry, you will see Kevin Durant in the NBA draft, and you can root for him in Boston or Philadelphia.

I am right there with you on the DIE HARD LONGORNFAN, you know you just have to ignore everybody at skool. Cuz its easy to see that TEXAS is a better than ucs in any sport. There is no reason texas should have lost that game
They did not play like a team at all
if i was their coach i would be all in there A** at practice and teach them how to play like a team and use their post

Durant is an excellent player... who doesn't know how to share the ball with his teammates. He is their main man, touches the ball every time they are on offense and only averages 1.4 assists per game. THAT is Texas' fallback. He is triple teamed and instead of passing the ball out to a teammate for an open shot he forces it.
You cant win against great teams when all you have is one great player, and that one great player doesn't worry about making his team better.

the only reason USC won is cause the only good player on texas is durant everyone else sucks *** and cant play basketball durany scored 30 of their 68 how is a whole team without their star player gonna score 38 points thats dissapointing durant deserves a better team and its not his fault he has sucky teammates and when he is drafted he will average 20 points a game hes that good

I'm just disappointed my Tarheels don't get to play Texas next week. UNC would have DESTROYED Texas, for much the same reasons USC was able to dominate them today. Now we have to play a much better USC team. So thanks for nothing.
