Because they have a selective memory regarding the ensuing hang-over. It's all plenty of fun until the headache, dizziness, blurriness, nausea and humiliation set in. Then it's a case of pledging never to do it again. Until next time.

Well i don't get drunk i have a few drinks when I'm in a club sometimes to help me forget some issues i know those feelings are still here in the morning but for a few hours i escape and become someone else lol

ewww, I don't know. It is so unattractive and revolting. I think that people just want to escape their feelings or blend in with the crowd, and that's just not cool.
