Have my first one tomorrow and I really am not looking forward to drinking all that water!

warm. Cold water makes them move around alot and makes it hard to get the measurments

Just drink some water a glass or 2, but don't drink too much. I drank about a can of drink size of water, and then the appt was an hour late, I was in such pain that I had to do half a wee!! Not easy at all. Still had too much in my bladder when it was scan time... Just as long as your bladder isn't empty it should be fine! Warm water hydrates you whereas cold water goes through you (and cools you) so its up to you...

i have had two kids and am having another one and i have always drunk cold water for every one i have had but i have never heard of drinking warm water.

It doesnt matter if the waters warm or cold.

A couple years ago i need a ultrasound.I drank so much water ,my doctor told me the baby was floating.
I pefer cold water

it doesn't matter any water is fine they wanted me to drink water just so i would go to the bathroom there it doesn't matter what kind you drink though

it really doesnt matter how cold or warm it is....you can even drink flavered water thats what i did they just want clear fluid in your bladder!!

Don't think it matters...you just drink the water so your uterus is easier to see (b/c your bladder is full)

it doesn't make a difference just which ever you prefer the results are the same
