will too much transmision fluid cause it not to work?

i just did this, and wheels dont turn, its a replaced transmision by the way

Pull the dip stick and see if the fluid looks bubbly or foamy. If so, that's a good sign you've done the dirty deed. Once the fluid gets aerated like this, it isn't going to produce the requisite pressure. Don't run it this way for long. It can be tough on seals, among other things.

no it shuld move but will burn the pump out if u leave it in
