How do you get into Blanes pokemon gym on Cinnibar Island?
How do you get onto the S.S. Anne?

To get into blanes gym you need to beat all the gyms before it if that doesn't work you might need to give the scientist the pokemon fossil that may trigger it.

S.S Anne you need a pass from Bill who is located above the Mysty Gym.

To fight Blane you have to enter the Pokemon Mansion and find the Secret Key.

If I remember you just go in and fight with other trainers until you find the Captain. He will give you HM Cut then you can fight LT. Surge.

Later you can take a boat to the Sevii Islands at the same spot where the S.S. Anne was.

Yeah after I saw what the others wrote I do remember that you have to talk or do something for Bill.

to get on the S.S.
