What is GCSVC.exe?

My firewall detected and did not recognize this program --- gcsvc.exe.

it looks like some new type of spyware or virus, can't help more than that. google turns up nearly nothing. only one site lists it at all and with no details:

i haven't heard anything about the software they have so i can't recommend it, do a virusscan and a spyware scan.
