Assuming wealthy men are as shallow as this question I would guess that the other responders are correct. If not then I would suppose they'd look for what most other men would want; physical attractiveness, combined with wit, intelligence and qualities like loyalty, kindness and whatever others are important to that individual.

Just that. The women are attractive. Most wealthy men have lived their lives being the nerds and being completely lonely. When they get rich, they finally get their dream girl, with all the botox-injected lips, hair extensions, plastic boobs, and brainlessness they ever wanted.

Youth and enough physical beauty so they can be an arm decoration for their other male friends to envy. Brains or education are not a criteria. In fact, the more uneducated, the better.
