Let's go beyond "s'agapo" which does mean literally "I love you" and let me suggest : "Se(h) latre'vo" = I adore you.

And I will add that, when you say "s'agapo", the accent is on the last syllable...so, it would be "s'agaPO"....and don't let the ' confuse you, either...say it like "sagaPO".
