Yes she knew about it & went along with it. That is why her & kid rock split coz he didn't agree with it.

The scene with Pam was obviously scripted. The rumors that this broke up her marriage with Kid Rock seems absolutely stupid to me. Unless he's psychotic why would he get so upset about something like that?
