Not eating right can interfere with growth which can affect all parts of your body. Breast are made of mainly of fat, fibrous connective tissue, & lymph nodes.
Other factors which may contribute to change in breast are:
Family history
Age
Weight loss or gain
History of pregnancies and lactation
Thickness and elasticity of the breast skin
Degree of hormonal influences on the breast (particularly estrogen and progesterone)
Menopause
On a happier note, you can get larger breast as you gain weight again.

I developed an eating disorder at a very young age so yes, I have no breasts. If you don't get proper nutrition during puberty, you will stunt growth and development.
