I want to update my psp to 3.11 . how to do it?

but wat do you open the eboot file with. I mean i downloaded the program from playstation.com but when i want to open the file i dont know wat to open it up with. please answer

You transfer your update from your computer to your PSP's memory stick (via USB) under PSP/Game folder. Then your run it in the PSP game menu.

Be sure you have 75% and above charge in your battery.
