The relative fitness of Bb is 1. In calculating relative fitness, one genotype is set as the reference. The relative fitness for the reference genotype is artificially set to 1. Since, there are only three combinations of the two alleles, and BB = 0.5 bb = 0.25, the third, Bb must be the reference and the relative fitness of Bb is 1.
