Humans...since there is know way of knowing what other animals "hate" unless of course you are Doctor Doolittle.

Most of the animals who the skunk thinks is coming to attack him gets a portion of the gas emitted. It is described as one of the best defence mechanism by the W.W.F ( World Wildlife Fund ). Skunk is therefore regarded as one of the disgusting creatures of all time, but very few know about the real face of the skunk.

I would assume that ANY animal that came into contact with a skunk and got sprayed, would have a hard time with it.
