Yes...

There are products that will fill-in the scratches and be of optical quality. (i.e.: you won't be able to tell there were scratches - unless they penetrate the tinting...in which case, replace the lens.)

Yes -- there are products out there that will fill in "hairline" scratches ---but if the scratches are deep -- I'm afraid you're out of luck and you'll need to replace the lenses
