Loosen your rear brake shoes with an adjuster spoon. spray the lug holes and the center hub with Blaster. It's available in any auto parts or hardware store. Be careful when you hammer the edges of the drum there prone to breakage if they are originals. A large dead blow hammer is best.
If that doesn't break it loose a ny shop with an acetylene / oxygen torch can heat the drum and beak it loose from the end of axle. This will work with on question. Good Luck!

Dan i would try plenty of wd 40 a three pound hamer and a puller num 1 spray wd 40 generously in the center and bang the sides as the drum turns num 2 hook the puller and turn the center bolt clockwise but do not force it if needed add more wd 40 and the drum should come off

The best way to do rear brakes is to take off the wheels then the drums and disassemble one side at a time. Use the completed side as a reference.
