You cannot prevent death. I wish you could though. If you are a christian there is no real death in a way because you go to heaven and live with your creator to serve him but some day you live eternal life.

I have not one, but three answers for you.
1) The Iffy Answer: you can have your body frozen so that you are preserved for in the future when Cryogenics (freezing people to unfreeze later) is developed enough to safely unfreeze you. (today, if you freeze yourself then no one can unfreeze you without killing you).
2) The Realist Answer: you cannot prevent your natural death.
3) The Philosophical Answer: You can become "immortal" by leaving a legacy; like children, or art, or an organization...etc.

We can't prevent death unless we prevent birth. After birth occurs death is part of the package.

A truely foolish question, however, death won't come to some believers who are alive when Christ comes to take His church home with Him (believers-at a time referred to as the Rapture)-otherwise, you just have to "live" with the fact of death unless you are God Himself.
The book of Ecclesiasties says there is a time to live and a time to die. I found it ironic that the guy who "invented" jogging died while jogging.God alone holds our lives in HIs hands so live today as if it were your last. Do good to those who hurt yhou and pray for those who dispitfully use you and no we cannot do that in our own "self"-only by His enabeling grace . I can't wait to go be with my Lord.

Dont make jokes on such questions, these questions do have the physical forms, you may not believe but you will see when you die, and this question give a real joke to you.
Make apologies, only this form will prevent you from mocking on death.

I guess the only real way to prevent death is called "birth control".

drive safely,
don't walk across the road on a red
If you're referring to human death in general, eternal life is the gift of God through faith in Jesus - baptism, preaching of good news, living a morally pure life, helping others - these things become necessary.
But if you ask me, which you didn't, it's a fantastic cheap deal! All you need is faith, and the works of faith - most reasonable and accessible to all no matter their economic status.

That my dear Watson is the only sure thing in life
well the first sure thing....we all die and impossible to
prevent.
Prolong it yes, by staying in a clean sterile safe room
away from everyone and everything...then you would just die
of boredom after you go completely crazy
