I too am a Magic player but I really don't understand what you are trying to get at. PC and TS are great sets along with Rav. Block. Coldsnap was a mistake.

i have played magic for quite a few years. pc is a good block. white life gain decks are not a personal favorite of mine tho. as far as deck building tips goes try and see what works for you. i personally go with white blue but that is just me.
