Is there any way to fix shrunken wool sweater?

Getting it wet and restretching it is your best bet. Don't throw it out though, you can make a cute bag or stocking or pillowcase out of it. If you have a pet you can modify it and make a pet sweater.

Not if it shrunk very much. Re wetting it and attempting to stretch it (particularly OVER something) can help some but not much. Best advice--get a new sweater. Good luck!

Not really, if it has already shrunk then that is it. You can wet it with some soap and felt with it.
