Ok... here's how I lost so much friggin' weight!
(lost 10 kilos in 2 months) ---trust me its the bet way to do it
in the morning you can have any carbs you want!!! stuff your mouht with em!.. have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.. or 20 cookies , cereal (lucky charms yay!)for breakfast..
in the morning (around 6-7 am) you can have any carbs you want! it doesnt matter how much!!!
then.. during the day..you do NOT have any carbs (cause you had that oportunity in the morning)..
... if your hungry.. eat fruit.. fruit fruit fruit!..
and to make it more colorful and yummy looking.. make yourself a fruit bowl!.. trust me food looks so much better this way!!
stuff yourself with fruit (or veg.---without oil)
then when you get home, have a biiiiiig yummmmmy salad!!!
and if you're a carnivore ... only eat white meat like chicken.. (delicious)..or!! even better!! tuna.. fish fish fish!!
after 7 or 6 pm try to only have tea ...
leave your stomach time to ache and digest (and i know it sucks when you feel it grumble in there... but distract yourself from the horrible noise)
I have a lot of veggies.. when i'm craving for stuff like.. a yummy juicy steak i stuff my mouth with spinach or broccoli .. and once your full... you're not hungry anymore(trust me. after you eat a whole pack of broccoli you do not wanna eat any more)
.. let the food get to your stomach first before you decide to eat more..
thats why people always tell you to eat slowely. (its true.. eat slowely)
then of course.. whenever you can.. walk.. i walk in the mornings to school (15 min ..and back home 15 min)...
try to spread out 30 minutes of exercise everyday.. it doesnt matter what!! as long as you move your body!!
(dance like crazy to your fav dance song.. or rock out and pretend you're performing on stage to your fav pearl jam song).. as long as you feel your heart beat its fine!!!
Now, I know losing weight is hard.. frustrating and you feel like your gonna just drop it all .. because you say to yourself ' what difference does it make if i have one donut or TWO!.. im still gonna gain pounds!!'...
HEY ,.. trust me.. I'm still not thin.. but I'm getting there..
and I'm so proud of myself..
There is one thing everyone should remember when they are on a diet ...
YOU can ONLY go one way!..
in otherwords.. there is no way i can be gaining if i stick to it!
..it just takes time.
but it works!
Now I know everyone has a different metablism and it also depends on the age.
But, if you only eat carbs in the morning (which is then burned quickly in the morning because your waking up, getting ready for school, etc etc etc).. they wont do ya any harm!
And please I recomend that whenever you eat fruit or salad.. make it look yummy for yourself!!..
make it colorful..
Infact I always say ... ' Of Course celebs lost so much weight!.. (yes..they have trainers).. but they also had a cook that made her salads and fruit bowls look drop dead delicious!!
Cause boring food CAN look good .and can taste good as well if you put love into it baby!

I have been on the Atkins diet for over 4 years now. I plan on staying on a low carb diet because it IS healthy. I eat more vegetable varieties than I have ever eaten. I have a new respect for adding protein in my diet. Here is an example of what I ate when I first began the Atkins diet.
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled with 2 ozs of cheese and leftover asparagus ( I scrambled this together making an omelet scramble 0
I also had sausage and sparkling water to drink
Lunch:
Salad of romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shreaded cheese, sliced boiled eggs and turkey strips. Coffee to drink
Dinner:
6 ozs of steak/fish or poultry, with a choice of salad or asparagus or brocoli etc. Sparkling water to drink.
This food is very good and nutritious. It makes your body work the way it is meant to and you will be rewarded without starving yourself.

Dr. Ian Smith from VH1's Celebrity Fit Club has a diet out that you can follow. It's straght to the point, inexspensive and very easy to follow. He gives you a list of foods that you can and cannot eat at first. Later on during the course of the diet he shows you that you can still enjoy all the foods that you love to eat, but how to eat those certain foods in moderation. The diet has pretty good results but your mind must be set that this is what you want to do(like with all diets). His book is called "THE FAT SMASH DIET" and you can pick up his book at any bookstore for $12.95.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Please don't use those weight loss gimmicks by themselves! Those won't help you unless you use them in conjunction with a good healthy weight loss plan!
Sorry- just eating less is not going to make you lose weight - its called eating healthy. Just eating less will actually lower your metabolism and you can actually gain weight if you aren't eating right! Working out will help wonders btw...
I am not that great at keeping up to date with my progress so I use a online service (from menshealth). It helps me chart my progress and keeps me up to date on how much I should lift each time and what exercises to do. They have a diet plan too, though I haven't used it. It lets you schedule workouts around your schedule, and your diet around what you like to eat.

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
