The *gay community* is a whole different thing from where you are getting your sex. Top and Bottom really makes no difference when you are shopping at your local gay-owned hardware store, or voting.

diversity means diversity and what you are doing is just reducing diversity to a two factor reality. If for you being gay means that you have to behave or do things in a specific way then maybe diversity means this top/bottom dicotomy for you but for other people it may be different...anyway diversity of the gay community is the same as diversity full stop...we gays dont have a special kind of diversity, we are as diverse as society is

i might desire to declare "sure" - because of the fact many people lived in such immediately and narrow lives in the previous, that it replace into as though there replace into no bigotry. people lived all their lives without seeing a black/white face and having strict limits on their roles in life. All women people did this and all adult males did that. they did no longer desire variety. sure, there replace into discrimnation yet they regular it as par of the direction. there'll, besides the fact that if, consistently be bullies. Hitler used the excuse of the Jews to construct up his planned international takeover. And there could have been some excuse if the Jews weren't handy. All conflict isn't inspired with the help of the transformations in us, or our lifestyle, or our coloration of our skin. lower back, too, there'll consistently be the susceptible - ie the elderly, the ill and the greater youthful. the biggest project isn't the colour of our skin etc this is what is going on in our strategies. and that i think of we can consistently be afraid that somebody has greater suitable than we've - or sense greater advantageous to somebody because of the fact they have been born on the "incorrect ingredient of the song" etc.

Two categories hardly constitutes diversity. I think it might have to do with the bunching of gays, lesbians, transgenders and bisexuals. These do make up for quite a diverse group of people.
