Im trying to download a trial program and i have to fill out some stuff for the site. it says "You have experienced an error. Please clear all your cookies and try again.what do i do? (im using firefox if it matters)

On firefox,
open firefox, look for tools
open tools, then you will see,
clear cookies.

Before you download anything, espicially something that wants you to clear something, I would think about that.

Nothing I have loaded, or downloaded ever asked me that.

I would not download it, I would exit.

If it is saved, I would throw it in the trash.

Clear out your cookies and cache....temp internet files and then try again!

firefox makes it really easy:
Tools>Clear Private Data
check what you want to get rid of

clear your cache on firefox, if that don't help then use another browser-
