See, I can get files from my phone to my computer...but can't figure out how to do it the other way around...

Right click on file, send to, bluetooth, and follow the prompts to select your phone. You may have to set the phone to "discoverable", or "find me" to make it work.. Note 1 Bluetooth is slow for big files, and a cable connection is a lot faster.
Note 2 Windows xp/sp2 has a f bluetooth driver built in, this will not work for some dongles and you need to do a work-around.

right click on the file you want to send then scroll to send then via bluetooth, make sure your bluetooth is on on your phone and it might ask wheter you want to pair them say yes and use 0000 as a password.

have you got the software installed for your fone?
there will be an option in there somewhere.....sometimes it is ok just to drag and drop files to the fones icon.
might install as a removable drive or a mass storage device.
