When you look at the world what is it that you see?

I see ugliness in it's rawest form. Evil you would not believe. However, I also see beauty many times come out of the ugliness. Beauty come out of the ashes of people's lives.

I see sky sometimes filled with storms and other times with the sun. I see weddings, funerals, and birthdays. I see trees, rivers, and McDonald's. I see murders and births, broken hearts and promises. There are moments when the sun has just rose, and I swear the days are getting better. There are moments when the sun has just set and I sware I feel the day was wasted. The world is beautiful and dying. I see the human race and all that we've accomplished and am amazed. But I also see all our mistakes and want to cry.
The world is neither all good nor all bad. It is a full, complete world.
Sure, we could always make it better.
But we could always make it worse.
I see my prison.
My home.
