The Inuyasha anime TV series is over yes
The Inuyasha manga series, is not over and continues the story past where the anime left off.
So, if you are curious to see how the story is going, try reading the manga. It's about 500 chapters now and still going.

I don't think so, but even if it is, there are DVD's that are still coming out. I read about a few, with specifically Inuyasha and Sesshomaru in them getting ready to come out. It takes a while for the English dubbing process, but if you want to know more, check out these websites.

There are 167 episode of Inuyasha and it show all of them but the magna never ended.
