you can try....yahoo messenger or msn....i use both and you can have your webcam on both.....

Get an msn messenger account. Go to icq.com and chat in a germany chatroom or an asia chatroom or whatever. Find someone from that country then ask them if they wanna talk on msn messenger (most people have it). Then you can use your webcam with msn messenger to talk to them. If they have a webcam too, even better. Its really fun!

I find skype to be the easiest. I speak with friends all around the world that have skype as well for 3 hours at a time with no cost out of pocket.

For you to use the cam, you both need to be using the same messenger. Like Yahoo, or Windows Messenger. If you both get on the same messenger, you can start your conversation, and then click on web cam, and then you can either, video only, or you can video and talk just like on the phone.
If you are dial up, you got diffrent rules, but be on the same messenger.
