too little - I'm a stay-at-home- mom, I've done concrete work, insulation, nude modelling, this is the hardest job ever, and 24/7 without even being able to go to the bathroom alone...and the only pay is the smiles on your kids faces...

It's a good thing that I believe I was called, appointed and anointed to do my job AND I love it and the students- because everybody knows that TEACHERS do not get enough pay. In my contract, I am promised a 3% raise every year - however, that has never happened. I might see 1/2 % with the promise that the other is coming....but we dont' ever see it. Yet, with all the public's outcry about everything else - nobody ever comes to the support and rescue of good teachers. (I'm not talking about those who have shamed our name....)

What I'm worth? Humm.... hard to say. But, Lordy I hope they don't pay by what I do... which as you can see, not much. I'm at work and on Yahoo Answers. What does that tell you!?
As far as what I'm worth, I think so. Its enough to pay the bills... er... well, most of the time!

I think thy are paying me what I'm worth, would like more who won't , but believe there over paying a lot others at work.

Nope. . .my boss even told me as much. But I work for a cheap company- I'm changing careers, so I don't really care, I won't be there much longer anyway.
