I am 2 weeks late.
WIth my two other kids it took three weeks before it showed up positive on a home pregnancy test so I know I need to be patient and wait one more week.
I have already taken about a zillion test and all are negative.
What is the longest you had to wait before it showed up positive on a pregnancy test?????

3 weeks? Wow, I would have died from anticipation! With my first child, it showed up before I could finish peeing, lol. With this one, I had to wait a week to get a faint line and a week later it was still faint...so my 'wait' doesn't compare to your 3 week wait!

Wow you've waited 3 weeks for a postive! That's amazing I have taken the 5 days sooner test and have been negative and then a cheap test at 1 day late and been positive. How frustrating for you to have to wait so long. Good Luck to you!

HI how are you?
It took me 4.5 weeks with a blood test and 5 weeks with a pregnancy test.
The first one i did was at 4 weeks and it showed negative!
They do say the best time to have a test is in the morning, cause the pregnancy hormone is more apparent.

With pregnancy tests now a days, you can find out so early. With my 2nd pregnancy, I took a pregnancy test the week of my missed period, and it came out positive. maybe you are not pregnant and the stressing out is messing up your cycle.

I took pg test 2 days after missed period w/all 3 pg. (I've always been very regular, so I knew someyhing was up! A blood test at a doc may be more accurate.

it may vary,especially for people who are anxious, as you seem to be.I think its 2 to 3 weeks...
