Neither of them. No president has been accused of rape, one has been accused of sexual harassment (even though the person who he supposedly harassed said she started the relationship)
Also, Nobody is homicidal. One person had a drunk driving accident- they are not uncommon, as you should know.
As for eh KKK thing, both probably have them, but only one is public about it since he admits that it was a long time ago and he no longer holds those views (for further evidence, see voting record)
Which party has a people who are wanted in other nations for crimes against humanity in senior positions? It's not the party you intend as the answer to your question....

Well, considering that Trent Lott and Strom Thurmond were both from the upper crust version of the KKK, I'd say you have a tie in that area. Actually, the GOP has more in that area since the dems have Byrd who has appologized for it. Lott and Thurmond never did.
Being accused of rape is one thing, actually being convicted is another. And, Clinton never had been accused of either, presuming that is who you are referring to. Please try to keep up.
And, the GOP has Bush as the drunk. Some say Cheney is too especially after the shooting incident. I don't know though, shooting someone in the face like that (or the chest) at that close of range I'd have to say that he is blind drunk or just blind. What do you think?

Hmmmmm.... let's see - no sitting president has EVER been legally accused of rape, so that question is null and void.
A former KKK member? you mean David Duke (two time GOP candidate for president) Strom Thurmond and Jesse Helms and ALL members of the Indiana Republican party in the 1920s?
What American president was arrested for DRUNK DRIVING???????

I can't answer the first two, but please don't dis Laura Bush like that........
The GOP, curiously enough, has a former Congressman accused of pedophiliac advances via text-messaging towards pages WHO ALSO headed a unit protecting kids from sexual predators online; numerous draft dodgers and a President with an incomplete National Guard tour of duty, who approved war in Iraq; AND a VP who blasted a friend in the face with a shotgun.
The list goes on but you get the drift. So does Illtrix, who does a great job elaborating on the GOP's inadequacy in demonstrating morals and family values. Weren't Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole, and Newt Gingrich divorced, BTW?
