Anger IS stress! That's what's making the twitch. Why are you so angry?
Get rid of the anger, and you'll be better all over.

Angry, lots of yelling. Yeah that's stress. My eye has been twitching for 3 weeks now. But only at work. After an hour or so at home, I'm fine. Learn to relax. Yoga, meditation, a glass of wine...

I've been in eye business for over 30 yrs -- worked with Md's and Od's ----- here's what they would tell you .
Not enough rest --- too much cafine --and stress ---
This condition is often referred to as the "Freshmen " syndrome ---- up late -- lots of study and reading -- Stress about grades (among other things) and Lots and lots of Cafine--- Coke -- Mt dew--Coffee etc etc
So get some rest --- watch your intake of Caffine -- and try to relax ---- I doubt it will last more than a day or two

advice
meditate and imagine you are in a stress free peaceful place close your eyes and relax every part of your body lying down, do this for 10 to 15 minutes then go take a nice soothing warm bubble bath it will help you sleep. Before you go to sleep put on some relaxation music and just listen to it.

angry with lots of yelling counts as stress
yes, although eye twitching can be a symptom of other problems as well. if it concerns you enough, see a physician, safest bet

It's very annoying isn't it? I get it when I'm under a lot of stress, or chronically exhausted. Relaxation / sleep cures it. Also, hard to believe, but no one else sees it unless you really point it out to them.

Most likely it is. We can have stressful reactions even when we feel calm. I always had panic attacks, after the problem was resolved, also even when I wasn't aware of any stress or problems
