The Black Pearl would probably win.
Jack Sparrow is kind of a coward sometimes....hmmm I would have to say Sparrow. Hopefully we'll see a scary and fierce side of him in World's End.

Listen, it’s not the ship, it’s the man commanding her and the men who sail her. All other things being equal, I think that Sparrow’s crew have come to depend on their being dead and effectively invulnerable for too long. Aubrey would pull some foxy tactics, give them a broadside and they’d never know who hit them.
