How do I use the Can't Cut List feature in Fantasy Baseball?

Usually there are two options if you are the commissioner.
1) there is no list meaning anybody can be cut
2) Yahoo assigns the 'Can't cut' designation to players

When they are designated by Yahoo there will be a red symbol next to their name when they appear on your team list when you go to the add/drop player page. Usually they are going to rate the top 25 or so players "Can't cut'.

If you are the the commissioner you have no choice in the matter.

You can take away the can't cut list of you're commisioner in Commisioner Tools for Yahoo! Otherwise, you gotta stick with the can't cut players.
