TRADE one of them! preferably for a 3B or SP.
grade: 99

1B-Delgado
entering latter part of career. horrible AVG
Grade:84

2B-Iguchi
Underrated. coudld get .285 20HRs with 20steals.
Grade: 85

SS-Furcal
Now hes astud. and hitting infront of pierre isnt as great as after but hopefully that can give him more stals.
Grade: 90

3B-Melvin Mora

Grade:98

CI-Helton
not bad. low power but good RBI oppurtunities.
Grade: 81

OFs-Beltran, Ichiro, Damon, Ken
Ken jsut drags this whole group down. he is getting 150 ABs MAX. and beltran isnt that great. he has never been a great power hitter so I definitely dont see him hitting 41HRs again. and his legs are pretty screwed. only 18 bags last year. ichiro is in contract year so go ichiro. and damon.300 20/20
Grade:90

U-Thomas
hes gonna get injured.
Grade:60

SP-penny, lackey, vaz, cap, olsen

Grade:82

RP-BJ Valverde

Starting Pitchers: Brad Penny, John Lackey, Chris Capuano, Jorge Vazquez, Noah Lowry, Anthony Reyes, and Olsen.

This is a very strong rotation you have. Could improve on power, but this is a very good staff.

Grade: 94

Relievers: BJ Ryan and Velverde

Ok. Not sure how many opportunities Ryan will have, and not sure who Velverde is.

Grade: 83

Catchers: Brian McCann and Ramon Hernandez

Good. McCann will do a very fine job this year, and Hernandez is a good emergency player.

Grade: 95

First Base: Carlos Delgado

Pretty good. He only plays when a righty is starting for the other team, so you might need a backup. When he does play, he is very powerful and helpful.

Grade: 91

Second Base: Tadahito Iguchi

Good. He isn't very powerful at the plate, but he will get hits and RBIs.

Grade: 87

Third Base: Melvin Mora and Iwamura

Who is Iwamura???? Where did you get this one?? Mora is pretty good, but get a better backup!

Grade: 86

Short Stop: Rafeal Furcal

Good for speed and some power. Great choice! It might be helpful to get a backup in case of an injury.

Grade: 92

Outfield: Carlos Beltrán, Ichiro Suzuki, Johnny Damon, Ken Griffey Jr, Jason Kubel.

This is a great mixure of speed, contact, power, and fielding. This is a championship list of names.

Grade: 98

OVERALL GRADE AND HELP:
90. You need more backups for each position, and make sure they are reliable

Overall i think your team will be just fine... but you could have some improvements in the following areas:

1. get another outfield to play instead of Griffey... he's always hurt and I don't think Kubel is the answer there

2. get another closer just in case Valverde doesn't work out as ARI's closer - he had a huge ERA last year and can be very inconsistent and you don't want to be stuck with only one closer
