because tis all about reincarnation.
The saying goes that if you have died and been buried in one life time - say for example 1850, and you have a grave in a church yard, then after your bdoy has died, your soul inhabits another body.

But this new body so happens top be in existance in 2007. So if a person were to walk on or over the grave of your previous life (the one in 1850) then the new life-with the old soul in it- in 2007, feels a cold shiver. Its like its feeling the person on the grave stone walking on the previous life, and reminding the soul of their prior life, drawing the soul back to it.

The undead are trying to get into your body. They are cold that's why you shiver when they touch you. For goodness sake be very careful they are trying to infiltrate your very being. Do not lie down when you get these shivers because that will open the door for the undead to enter you. Stay upright at all times.
I hope you get this message before it's too late.

It's just an old wives tale to explain those times you seem to shiver for no reason. It's as good an explanation as anything else! LOL

yes it's superstition. Many humans believe in myth and magic in someway shape or form. like not walking under a ladder. not stepping over an extension cord. ear rings that means someones talking about them, their palm itches and they believe they are going to come into money.

it's just taught Voodoo.
