is msn premium is free for verizon dsl customer?

I have verizon yahoo dsl. 'm just wondering if verizon msn premium is free for verizon customer because it says download msn premimum on verizon site.
Not sure if it is free or not????

I am able to download it but it doesn't say anything about paying

My verizon disk came with msn premium packaged in. Call verizon to be sure, you may have the choice of yahoo or msn or you might have the option for both.
