How about,

"Since women's rights personally involved half the population rather then a slight majority, could it not be concluded that women's right had more of an impact on society than civil rights?"

"Since the women's rights movement happen before the civil rights movement, could it not be concluded that women's rights was the start of the civil rights movement, and thus all impact on society by the civil rights can be traced back to women's rights?

"Part of women's rights was to eliminate sexism. Part of civil rights was to eliminate racism. Although, both still exist today, could it not be concluded, that racism can be found more regularly in society than sexism?"

Back in the 1960s when there were few if any women in Police work, a policeman was expected to be able to manhandle an offender, drag him off and resolve the incident.
The result was the drunk, or what have you got beat up and little more. A minor fine maybe.
Now with women Police Officers, if a drunk lays hand on an officer there is a serious incident which winds up with the offender shot or charged with assault.
