You definitely can just be wary of the string tension you decide to string it with. Many prestrung rackets are originally sold with a lower string tension because the rackets are intended for beginners (lower string tension= more power, less control). If you get the racket strung above its recommended tension, the frame will warp. which causes cracks in the frame and you can't restring a cracked racket after that because stringers don't want to be liable for breaking your racket because there was a crack in it.

Yes. Just cut the old ones out and put a new set in. If you do not have a machine then have a pro shop or Sports Authority do it.

Of course you can.You can change the string to the tension you're comfy with. Some rackets do come strung.

yes, but i would go to a professional. what so great about getting it restrung, u can have it have more power, or more control. you can tell the person how much power and control u want the racket to have. Also u can get a design or different color string

Sure,,lots of decent raquets come with garbage stinging. Go to a pro shop, or where u have yours strung have them re-string it for you.
