Find something that interests you or something you think might be fun, learn about it, study it, practice, and stuff like that. It is a lot better and easier to learn something that you enjoy, like, or if it's something you're interested in.

Take a lesson from a professional who understands how to teach--that would be a professional teacher, not necessarily a professional at what you are trying to learn.

For me I am a visual learner. So by taking a class or watching a video always helps.
