Vista support?

Notebook with Vista come with a setting which mouse will click on an icon by just point on for particular time. I think it is default setting. I wonder if there's a way to close this setting? (It bugs me too much already.)

Hi. Mouse behavior is controlled in the "Folders" option under Control Panel. A better setting is one which only requires one mouse click. Just my opinion.
