I found the factory manual listed at Helm Inc's website for $135, is this the best way to go? I found an ESI Techline DVD manual on eBay for $40. Are there any other options, and which manual is the best to have for reference? In particular I need to do a brake job on my 2004 2500HD Diesel crew cab, but as I'm planning on driving this truck for many years, I'd like to have a good reference for the whole vehicle.

You can buy the actual GM shop manual from any GM dealership for probably about $80 to $100.
